What to expect after you place your order.
Made to Order
Every Seven Minutes Late piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your item is produced specifically for you after your order is confirmed and payment is received via Zelle.
Delivery Timeline
Please allow 4–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed for production and delivery. We appreciate your patience — good things take time.
Heads up: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on production volume. If your order is running longer than 6 weeks, email us and we'll give you an update.
Shipping Region
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, we'll reach out to confirm details and collect payment via Zelle. Production does not begin until payment is received. You'll receive a follow-up email once your order ships.
