Why No Returns?
Nothing we sell is pre-made or sitting on a shelf. Your order goes into production after your payment is confirmed — which means by the time it's in your hands, it was made for you and only you.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery at sevenminslate@gmail.com with a photo and your order details. We'll make it right.
